Sacred Sexuality: Discover the Three Rooms of Embodied Pleasure

What if sexuality wasn't separate from your spiritual life—but one of its most profound expressions?

For centuries, wisdom traditions around the world have understood that our Life Force, our capacity for love, and our longing for connection all arise from the same sacred source. Yet many of us have inherited messages that ask us to separate the body from the spirit, pleasure from holiness, or sexuality from love.

This workshop is an invitation to reclaim that integration.

Together we'll explore sacred sexuality through the lens of my Three Rooms of Embodied PleasureIntimacy, Sensuality, and Sexuality. Rather than seeing these as separate experiences, we'll discover how they naturally unfold into one another, each opening the doorway to a deeper relationship with ourselves, our partners, and the sacred.

The Room of Intimacy invites us to slow down into presence, connection, safety and peace.

The Room of Sensuality awakens our breath, movement, touch, sound, and the senses. Through the body, we rediscover pleasure as a pathway to mindfulness, vitality, and eros.

The Room of Sexuality becomes an expression of Life Force, creativity, ecstasy and freedom. A place where erotic energy can expand consciousness.

To illuminate these rooms further, we'll draw inspiration from a rich tapestry of traditions.

From Tantra, we'll explore pleasure experiments.

From Taoist teachings, we'll learn how sexual energy circulating can become a source of vitality, creativity and longevity.

We'll honor the wisdom found in Indigenous traditions through the vision of medicine wheels that will reorient the central postion of Life Force energy in being alive and connected to the Universe.

We'll weave these teachings together with somatic practices that invite us to experience these ideas not simply as concepts, but as living experiences in our own bodies.

This workshop is about coming home to an important truth about yourself and your human design.

Discovering that spirituality is not an escape from the body—it is a deeper inhabiting of it. Recognizing that pleasure can be prayer, presence can be healing, and intimacy can become a sacred practice.

Whether you come alone or with a partner, whether you're just beginning this journey or have explored these paths before, you'll find a welcoming space to deepen your relationship with your capacity to expand and raise your frequency.
