From Root to Source is an experiential journey through the seven chakras of the body and seven expanding energetic fields beyond it—Halo, Atmosphere, Moon, Sun, Solar System, Milky Way, and Source.
Through movement, breath, sound, visualization, meditation, and embodied exploration, we begin at the Root: grounded in the physical body and the Earth beneath us. From there, we travel upward and outward, discovering each chakra not simply as an energy center within us, but as part of a larger living mirror.
The personal becomes planetary. The planetary becomes cosmic. The cosmic opens into Source.
Rather than leaving the body to reach something spiritual, From Root to Source invites us to experience the body itself as the beginning of the journey.
